Useful Information on Workshop 4

The NANO-TEC management team announces the tentative programme of the final NANO-TEC workshop, which will focus on recommendations concerning the Technology-Design Ecosystem in Nanoelectronics. Read below to find out about useful and how to register to the workshop.

Registration and attendance of the workshop is free of charge subject to availability (70 persons including speakers, discussants and workshop committee). Due to logistic reasons, it will not be possible to accept more than 70 participants in total.

Catering:
The workshop will cover the catering costs for all participants, such as coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. In order to ensure a smooth running of the event and avoid dissipation of funds for last-minute cancellations of meals, we kindly ask you to specify your attendance to the meals while registering for the workshop online, as well any special dietary requirement.

Accommodation:

Hotel GBB Front Maritim (same location as workshop).

Rates: single room 115 €/night; double room 125 €/night. All prices include breakfast and VAT and will be guaranteed subject to availability (max 50 rooms) until 1 October 2012. Following that date, rooms and rates will be offered on a release-basis. To book your room before 1 October, download the booking form here below and return to the hotel directly. Note that November 2012 is quite a busy period in Barcelona due to other conferences taking place at the same time of our workshop, therefore we suggest that you book your room as soon as possible.
