Useful Information on Workshop 3

The NANO-TEC management team announces the tentative programme of the third NANO-TEC workshop, which will focus on the SWOT Analaysis of the Technology-Design Ecosystem in Nanoelectronics. Read below to find out about the tentative list of sessions and speakers and how to register to the workshop.

Registration and Accommodation

Registration and attendance of the workshop is free of charge subject to availability (70 persons including speakers, discussants and workshop committee).

Catering:
The workshop will cover the catering costs for all participants, such as coffee breaks, lunches and dinners. In order to ensure a smooth running of the event and avoid dissipation of funds for last-minute cancellations of meals, we kindly ask you to specify your attendance to the meals while registering for the workshop online, as well any special dietary requirement.

Accommodation Suggestions:

Special rates have been agreed for 30 rooms besides those reserved for speakers and the workshop committee at the Moevenpick Hotel Lausanne, at 5 minutes walking distance from the workshop venue. The discounted rate is of 270 CHF per person per night, excluding breakfast, which can be arranged upon paying an additional charge, as specified in the booking form attached here below. In order to book your accommodation, please download the form linked below and send it back filled in to the hotel via email or fax as specified in the form itself.
Deadline for booking accommodation is 29 April 2012.

After this date, rooms will be confirmed according to availability. For more information on the Hotel, you can visit their website: www.moevenpick-lausanne.com. Please note that the workshop organization will not book nor cover accommodation other than for speakers, the workshop committee and the NANO-TEC advisory board; therefore, except for these persons, accommodation bookings should be made individually.
