Workshop 4: Dissemination event: Position Paper and recommendations on emerging ICT devices

The envisioned target outcome for this workshop is:

Presentations of project position papers, recommendations, and outcomes
Position paper, on the research priorities in nanoelectronics in the Beyond CMOS area, supported by the benchmark and SWOT analysis documents.
Recommendations for planning of future activities in the field, including the Calls in FP8.
