Workshop 2: Benchmarking the Beyond CMOS devices

The envisioned target outcome for this workshop is: Documentation on benchmarking of a selected set of approximately 10 device/design concepts in the Beyond CMOS field, including the estimates for the potential of integration and mass production. The benchmarking is based on experimental performance.
